MOSSVELVET is a music project. One new album every month for 2025. These are the January, April, July, October albums.
It’s also a ‘found objects’ project of sorts — there is no original music. Everything is assembled from Apple GarageBand Loops and SFX, plus a handful of public domain samples. Think of these tracks more as films — more flowing, less formulaic, less structured, and fewer repeated parts.
A new 5-song EP will release every season throughout 2025: WINTER on 1/1, SPRING on 4/1, SUMMER on 7/1, and AUTUMN on 10/1.
Additionally, a different EP or LP will be released each month in 2025.

The fourth and final ‘Seasons’ release is called The Ghost Loops EP. Yee-haw!
In summer ’24 when I was nostalgically revisiting some ’90s trip hop. I was also trying to figure out a way for an old friend and I to collaborate to remake some old songs. I made a percussion track, then just kept expanding it into its own song. Then came more songs, and since I’ve been pretty quiet lately I just kept at it.
Anyway, I know these are a bit silly but I actually kinda like it. It’s not like they’re the perfect example of executing some artistic vision — it’s really me just playing around with “found” stuff like I always do.
