I don’t really use the blog section so much. Most of my posts here are projects and they’re all listed on the home page, in order of most recent.

I spoke at TEDxVienna 2022 on how to find attention, mindfulness, and creativity in the everyday.

I have an occasional newsletter that you can sign up for and, also occasionally, win things. Go for it.
Mageirevo: A collection of vague recipes

Mageirevo: A collection of vague recipes

The Mageirevo page is just some cooking notes for myself… basically some awkwardly vague recipes. But here are some notes for you:

  1. Use common sense when attempting these recipes. Never add too much cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate or cilantro. Go for it on everything else because you can always balance it out with something.
  2. You know what chili looks like. Experiment. Make it hearty. And have crackers, milk and napkins handy.
  3. Don’t marinate meat then use the same sauce from the same bowl to baste while grilling. Separate some marinade first. Uncooked meat is fucking dangerous.
  4. I think “mageirevo” is Greek for “cook,” but I’m not sure.

Happy cooking!
