Arrived back from San Francisco to find a copy of my new book waiting for me. It looks awesome and feels beautiful, despite the production error that caused the “outro” to be printed at the front of the book, before the “intro.” Gah! I checked my files—and it was set up properly by me.
Anyway, it’s thrilling to see, regardless of the f-up. It contains 50 of the saddest chairs I’ve found in various (mostly) south St. Louis neighborhoods. It’s published by the weird and wonderful folks at Blueq and should be available at finer novelty shops near you in the very near future (and also at Amazon)!
This is what started the whole thing.
And here’s the official web site: 50sadchairs.com
