The Mageirevo page is just some cooking notes for myself… basically some awkwardly vague recipes. But here are some notes for you:
- Use common sense when attempting these recipes. Never add too much cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate or cilantro. Go for it on everything else because you can always balance it out with something.
- You know what chili looks like. Experiment. Make it hearty. And have crackers, milk and napkins handy.
- Don’t marinate meat then use the same sauce from the same bowl to baste while grilling. Separate some marinade first. Uncooked meat is fucking dangerous.
- I think “mageirevo” is Greek for “cook,” but I’m not sure.
