(bits) by bill keaggy

Every week I used to find a cool weblog (sometimes a local St. Louis blog) or some useful, interesting web site from here or there and write up a brief on it for the Sunday Everyday section Tuesday Here and Now section in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch (I used to work there as Features Photo Editor). That's about it. Not much action here anymore. More of my stuff can be seen here: keaggy.com.

Flickr: Photo sharing

Store, organize and share your photos with www.flickr.com. By marking your pictures with descriptive tags, the site becomes very social, allowing you to search everyone's photos for keywords and themes, and comment on pictures you like (you can also mark photos as private to restrict access). For example, currently there are more than 12,000 photos tagged "St. Louis," 32,000 tagged "beer" and nearly 50,000 tagged "honeymoon." It's free to join, but there is an annual fee for enhanced memberships.
