Take a day off
Admittedly, I don’t often follow my own advice on this one. And when I do take a day off, it’s to do other work. But it can be nice to just take a day off here and there, especially a Friday to make it a long weekend. Relax, and don’t worry about getting anything done except having a pleasant day.
