ABOUT ME & LIAM I'm Bill Keaggy and I'm the Features Photo Editor at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. I also do a lot of personal photography projects. My son Liam started taking pictures when he was 17 months old. I didn't get started until I was 17 years old (he'll be four in May). Both of us have a lot of fun with cameras.
