Photo 87 of 100 :: Day 3, Saturday, 4 May 2002 I hadn't made solid plans for staying in Augusta and when I got there I found only one room at one B&B available (I think it was the Lindenhof). It was quite dainty, but I was grateful for a shower and a soft bed. I schlepped around town, stopping in antique shops before I had one OK dinner and several good beers at the Augusta Brewing Company. That night I read stories of sea disasters from a book in my room. I slept very soundly.
