Here’s the first of Diane’s wonderful inventions. It’s got Missouri peaches and blackberries, Humboldt Fog goat milk cheese, fresh spinach and Balsamic vinegar — served on a fresh Companion Beaucaire Roll (I think). All from our wonderful neighborhood Local Harvest Grocery.
