Robots set to replace underage jockeys: “On its first run round a Qatari camel-racing course, the robot jockey has set a time seconds off the record set by a child jockey, whose use in the popular sport has been banned after international criticism.”

“The first in a series of Mexican giant robot and monster collectible trading cards. ‘El Sismo’ (The Earthquake’), as the migrants call him, first appeared in Sonora, and is now carving a path of destruction and serenade down the Baja Peninsula. Aerial photographs show a huge swath of dust stretching for miles off the Pacific coast. Itinerant fisherman are fleeing in droves.”
